Fallout 3 DLC Disc 2 wont work?!? Please help.?

I just finished Fallout 3 today actually...and as a PC gamer was indescribably disappointed with the ending. But that is beside the point. I have found an answer though, I have the game of the year addition, and The DLC pack: Broken steel makes the fallout game un-ended. Though, to my sour luck, a problem arose downloading the Disc 2. I cant even download it. The disc vibrates in my disc drive, like a normal disc would, then just stops. Itdoesn'tt even bring anything up. I was a passenger in a high speed chase involving (the other driver, intoxicated) rear-ending us after we had to stop at a red light. I was pregnant at the time and I was on the phone with 911 the whole time we were getting chased, then we had to stop behind a couple vehicles at a red light, and next thing you know, he through his beer can out his truck widow then smashed into the back of us. so at the end of the school year, we took finals and stuff. and for math and science there are regents (for the classes i take). i told my mom about the regular final results i got. Legal recourse on a car buyer selling a vehicle that had a lien on it?

I work for a car dealership (small one) had a guy buy a truck. Within a few months he took off to California, and sold the truck for a low cash price without a clean Title. Because he'd just purchased it and had a contract sale for about 7,000 dollars still left on the truck. The person that bought it, called pretending to be looking at it parked with a "For Sale" sign, and wanted to know if there was a clean title. I let him know it was essentially stolen, and got his number off the caller ID. According to Florida DMV the only thing we can do as a Dealership is file a failed Repossession via the DMV. Which is pointless because the original buyer has to live at the address listed with the DMV. EEOC //WRONGFUL TERMINATION?

On Oct 15th 2009 I was fired from a rent to own company called Rent 1st in LV NV. Prior to being fired we were under new management, they were racist against both women and African Americans. They made several comments stating this job was best suited for Caucasians and Hispanics, they demoted me but continued to have me perform my job duties as a Sales Manager but paid me as a representative. They refused to give any promotions to me as they stated I was not ready, however I was the top sales associate in the nation. They only hired Hispanics, released others from employment based on their age and race. We have applications from potential candidates in which the manager wrote "older black male" or "young white guy". I knew I was in trouble as they constantly looked for reasons to reprimand me so prior to being terminated I filed a suit with EEOC . 3 weeks after filing I was terminated. As a Sales rep my duties are to gain revenue, in order to do so I had to be at the store but they constantly had me out doing deliveries and then would reprimand me for not meeting my daily quota! It was a setup!! One day they sent me out to a service call, they asked me to drive a vehicle which was unregistered and uninsured. In the state of Nevada if I was pulled over I would be held responsible. I declined and gave them my reasoning as I did not feel comfortable driving that vehicle. They sent me home and told me not to come back. When I went to file unemployment they tried to fight it saying I was fired for insubordination but I had all records from DMV indicating the trucks were not current on registration and had lapsed insurance. I won but its been almost 2 years since filing with EEOC and still nothing. In fact I haven't heard from the gentleman who took my case in almost 9 months. I suffered from depression in my early pre-teen to teen years. (11-13 years old) And I was taking 50mg of Zoloft everyday for it. It helped for awhile but then I suddenly crashed. So tomorrow is my long awaited drivers test.Ive been driving my moms micro mini van (2006 Mazda 5) For the past almost 2 years. Ive driven it pretty much every day since i got my permit in 2009, and im very good at driving the car. So the factory essentially mass produced them without much consideration for the rear suspension. There was a recall on the car but we missed the cut off date. The rear shocks and struts constantly break,and the wheels lean inward. The only fix is a 300 dollar kit on the mazda website. And to add to that, the check engine light and ABS light are lit up on the dash because of a mishap after we took the car to a local car shop. Theyre just bad sensors, but still. We took the car to the DMV to see if i would be able to take it. They denied ONLY because of the lights,even after a note from the shop and a very detailed explanation. So now im being forced to drive my dads 2004 F150 stx.Which im not very use to because he is always working. Ive driven the truck maybe 13 times in the past 2 years. And only short distances. I got pulled over for a cracked windshield and then had no insurance. I got a citation for both. I've never been in any accidents or had any tickets, so I have a clean record. Yeah, that's definitely short man syndrome, and it's the really awkward type since he behaves like a little girl. Battlefield 3 on the console, somewhat dissapointing?

I know that the Battlefield series was on the PC first before consoles and that PC`s can continuously update their software for better experiences, but when they showed the PS3 gameplay of the game on that late night show, I was kinda disappointed. The smoke didn`t look as realistic, like it was going through materials instead of growing. Plus the M16 didnt even have an ACOG on it. I think I even noticed some diferent level design in places. I know what DICE meant when they said that they can`t just upgrade a console because it came out five years ago, but why did they show the PC footage when people would expect all three platforms to look the same. Most people know that they`re largest community is on PC, and I can respect that, but I don`t think DICE realizes how many console gamers have seen the Fault Line gameplay that they released. I was hoping for the same amazing experience that DICE has been promising from the beginning, but now Im disappointed that I may not get the same quality game. Why did DICE wait until now to tell people that they just couldn`t make the same game for console? I know I`m not the only one upset about this, as many sites have been posted talking about the graphics quality. You don't see people going bankrupt and losing their homes because of mere medical problems in those countries, like you do here. We don't NEED insurance companies involved with health care. They are irrelevant in health. Doctors, Nurses, Labs, Pharmacies, Hospitals are all relevant, but insurance companies are NOT. Americans pay about 50 % more nationally for health care per person than countries with national health care do, and we get FAR worse results. Dump the damn insurance companies out of the equation, an insurance company never cured anything.

it was mentioned on FOX NEWS, yes you read that right, that Palin's emails which were made public convey that she was vying to be McCain's second in command before the idea was even proposed by McCain himself. This is something which to my knowledge is oddly left out of her book, apparently without reason as I simply can't see any reason why someone would fail to mention something so poignant given the opportunity unless they had something to hide. Anyone who read her book but had not seen or heard about the emails would probably think that she never even considered becoming vp until McCain suggested it, and this just doesn't seem like something that someone with her ego would want to convey. Ill start from the beginning... It was a snowy day and my mom had to take out my dog(a black Labrador) because I was running late from school. My mom slips on the snow and my dog(not trained to be off a leash) runs straight to my neighbor's dog who was barking at her since my mom got out of the house. My neighbor has a small dog so when they both tried to fight each other my dog obviously won beating her dog's leg before they were pulled apart. Before the bite happened my mom was trying separate them but the lady has one of those 15 ft leashes for her dog to run around. We live in town houses where everyone's door is just a few feet away and so of course they were both on public property. Anyway, my mom fell a second time before pulling the dogs apart because of that long leash being wrapped around her legs then my dog finally bit the dog's leg and my mom was able to do something at this time. The other lady is just a tad older then my mom didn't really help much except to pull her dog at the end. My mom tried offering the lady to pay for the costs but the lady just cursed her to get out so my mom just went back home. We had a reunion to go to and didn't come back till 12:00 at night and to our surprise the lady was standing near our parking spot waiting for us with another lady. She changed her mind about us not paying for the vet and starting telling us that just for the office visit it was like $400 then that tomorrow there was going to be major surgery cause the dog needed stitches for the one little bite wound that was going to cost even more money then that. My mom thought that she was just trying to get her money by now so she told her to take her to court because she wanted to pay her a fair amount of money and this way everything was on paper(no under the table deals). I did some investigating for myself and first of all an uninsured(my dog is insured btw thus up to date with vaccines) emergency office visit near my area was about 50 dollars no more(Source:Banfield: pretty legitimate vet). Supposedly they did nothing to the dog except give her a quote and it wasn't bad so they gave her a "major surgery" time the fallowing day. Second I did some yahoo answers research for similar dog bites and they said EVERYTHING even the dog cone and antibiotics was like 300-600 dollars. So how much should I be expecting to pay this lady tomorrow? Expecting the worst that she is suing us for more than a thousand dollars just for a small bit wound that the dog was jumping around after a day. The same dog that attack my dog not so long ago when the same thing happened just the other way around and did we do anything? (No! and I regret not suing her for the vet cost too!) I got into a wreck in December and broke my kneecap. The other person was ruled to be at fault. I had to get surgery to correct my knee and go to physical therapy. My medical insurance covered 80% of my hospital bills, but my mom has uninsured motorist on her policy that entitles me to an automatic 25,000 payout. I haven't gotten the payout from the car insurance yet and was wondering if there was any way that the medical insurance would ask for the money back since it was ruled an accident and expect the car insurance to pay for it? I don't understand why they would since the uninsured motorist is an automatic thing that I receive for whatever I need to cover and my health insurance paid for it anyway and haven't asked for it back.

No, we're upset because it is a boondoggle shoved down our throats that will leave our medical care worse than before it was enacted.
