The car is totaled what happens next?

I just got the phone call i wasnt wanting even though i knew the truth my car is considered totaled from my accident Friday morning. what happens next? i know the guy got arrested and all. it was an 02 Hyundai Santa Fe (great car) and it was all the guys fault! do i call a lawyer and make him pay for my car too even though my insurance is paying for SOOOOO glad i have uninsured motors. do i let my insurance sue the crap out of him? i dont know what to do!!!
