Insurance company's and drug manufactures?

When Insurance company health plans pay for prescription drugs , they receive a large discount. Since the retail pharmacy's seem to have no problem making a profit ether way, I assume that the Ins. co's are pressuring the drug co's into lowering the price ,there by raising the price to uninsured people , all to add a few more billion in excess profits for themselves. people without health insurance pay full retail if they can and if can't then take something that may be less effective but affordable are nothing at all. This pattern prevails in almost all areas that ins. co's are involved in. Do you think that health care reform will ever have a chance to happen,while large corporations such as insurance company's have unchecked free rain to continue to manipulate every aspect of the economy .
