Can i drive my vehicle if wrecked?

someone rear ended my trailblazer and the back gate/hatch/trunk area is smashed in and back windshield id shattered and missing. all lights work and the frame is not bent. will i get a ticket for driving it? its the only car i have to work in- the guy had o insurance and we only had liability no uninsured motorist. whats ur opinoin- do u think i will get a ticket?
