How to get rid of my dream man whose making it hard for me to accept someone?

My problem is when it comes to dating in my mind that someone has to be perfect in order for me to date him. Now, I met a wonderful man; We have never seen each other, but he tells me that I hope you won't be disappointed in me when we met. It's been almost 2 weeks and we're making plans to meet this weekend. Now, how do I get out of my head, that no one is perfect when it comes to love? How to get rid of my dream guy? and how to accept this man for who he really is?
