I am uninsured and me and my partner are trying to get pregnant. What are my options?

I am 25 and really want a baby bad. I currently am in my final year of graduate school and feel this is the perfect opportunity to try. The problem is I am uninsured and can' be added to my partners insurance. I am not sure what my options are and really don't wan to wait. Chances are harder to conceive with age. Any help would be helpful.
