Did anyone else think that Paranormal Activity 2 wasn't scary?

It wasn't scary at all. Maybe a little freaky and maybe made me jump at certain moments, but overall, not very scary. And the box even said 'one of the scariest movies of all time.' I was expecting a scary movie and I was a little disappointed. Anyone else agree?
