I am sorry for the incomplete question. Actually my sister had a stroke in the year 2004, and she was in coma for 20 days. Later when she opened the eyes she was paralysed. In 2008, the doctor gave botox injection, and she started feeling dizziness for the next 2 -2 1/2 years. Recently there was a blood clot in the vein connected the left hand and the heart. She has paralysis in the left side only.
