How do I start an insurance company?

Starting an insurance is not as easy as filling out a form. If you don't have at least 10,000,000 capital and a law firm on retainer right now you'll never get approved. Plus you're targeting a segment of the market that no other insurance company wants to touch, and for good reason (i.e. it's not profitable). I hope you're extremely wealthy because no one is going to invest in your company.
