Will it be illegal to take my car back?

I live in Oregon and someone was supposed to buy my car, and they currently have it but has not paid me and they will not give it back. It is still in my name and it is currently uninsured and the person doesn't have their license. I have a key for it and I know for sure it's at. So would it be trespassing or theft if I took my car without letting them know.
