Wrongful seizure of hired van: Do I claim for losses or is it the hire company?

The van hire company, disgusting way to treat you, dont give them a bean, if you hire a van you expect it to be covered by insurance, if they issued you with a insurance policy i cant see how they could ever win a case against you, sue them for breach of contract
