yes if you had inunsured motorist on your vehicle, contact your insurance agent he, or she, is the one you need to talk to now. Be sure and make a police report, if it has not been done, even after the fact is fine if you were out of state, you were out of state. Thats the way it is. Sure does suck, to work hard for all of our stuff, and have some pimple faced punk steal a car and ruin everybodies day.
