Does Florida require no fault auto insurance because of the large number of uninsured illegal alien motorists?

No fault insurance is NOT what you believe it to be. What the term actually means is that YOUR insurance is required to pay YOUR damages first. THEN they fight with the other party's insurance over who is at fault. Once they settle fault, which IS actually assigned, the insurance company for the at fault party repays the insurance company for the victim.
