Boils/Cyst and drawing fluid?

I currently have this bump in my chin that's been on for several days, most likely it can be a clogged follicle, a boil or cyst. Currently it tends to leak blood and puss periodically and given that i'm uninsured i've seen the methods of how one can lancet and squeeze out the mass. A friend just recommended that I can buy Drawing Fluid from Rite Aid but from what I understand from google that it's a chemical use for making T shirt art and whatnot, apparently it dehydrates the mass so just to apply it at night and see it disappear the next morning is what he said it does so I wanted to know if this stuff exists health wise and does it work?
